  • Promotes spine mobility & posture alignment for prevention/management of chronic musculoskeletal pain (lower back pain, shoulder bursitis, knee osteoarthritis etc.)

  • Our Pilates Classes are slower paced and gentle than most other classes which promotes relaxation and mental wellbeing.

  • Our Clinical Pilates option allows those with complex physical conditions to engage in pilates with the supervision and guidance of our esteemed Exercise Physiologist to promote safe and effective recovery.

  • Group Studio Pilates are inclusive to those post-partum wanting to strengthen their core and get back into safe and low-impact movement once they have been cleared by their healthcare professional.
