We work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants to help improve independence, wellbeing and quality of life.

  • Resilient Health Group takes a collaborative and person-centred approach to care. Our multidisciplinary team works together to provide coordinated allied health, wellness and disability support services that focus on long-term outcomes, meaningful goals and genuine community connection.

  • Yes. You do not need to be an NDIS participant to access our allied health and wellness services. We welcome private clients, Medicare referrals, aged care clients and individuals seeking support for injury recovery, mobility, wellbeing or chronic health conditions.
