Balance and Falls Prevention is a small-class run by our physiotherapy team for those who have had a fall or have noticed loss of balance and steadiness on feet.
It aims to improve balance, train reactions in instances of falls and build confidence in everyday activities.
Whether you’ve experienced a recent fall, feel unsteady on your feet, or simply want to maintain your independence as you age, our experienced Exercise Physiologists and allied health team are here to support you every step of the way.
Class Times - Wednesdays: 9:15am-10:15am & Thursdays: 11:45am-12:45pm.
