Driven by passion

Loren is a fully qualified AHPRA registered Physiotherapist. She completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences + Masters of Physiotherapy, graduating in 2025.

Loren is also a qualified Pilates Instructor, completing her certification in 2021 through APPI Unite Health. She has taught a range of both Clinical Pilates classes and general population group fitness Pilates classes across SA + NSW.

 

Loren's approach combines hands-on manual therapy with evidence-based exercise rehabilitation to create meaningful and lasting change.

She uses her strong background in Pilates to support strength control and body awareness - allowing her clients to reintegrate back into their daily activities, sports or exercise routines with confidence.
