To enrol in a Strength for Life program, you must complete the forms for the relevant tier of programs you wish to participate in. See forms button below. Submit completed forms to info@resilienthealthgroup.au

Book in an initial assessment by calling us at 08 8123 8666. Have your paperwork handy as we will decide with you whether its with one of our Exercise Physiologists or Personal Trainers.

Receive your own tailored exercise program written by our exercise professionals based on your fitness goals, current fitness level and any injury or health conditions you may have.

STEP 4
Attend any of our Strength for Life sessions located at our Resilient Health Gym in Beulah Park and conduct your own exercise program at your pace with the support of our personal trainers, all while enjoying the social interaction of a class setting.
