What is HiRise?

HiRise (High-Intensity Resilient Interval Supported Exercise) is a small-group class exercise targeting fitness, endurance, strength and overall health.

Class structure follows short bursts of higher intensity effort exercise, safe and tailored to your capacity, followed by brief recovery periods in a circuit style. It’s a engaging and dynamic style of class that will push you to reach your health and fitness goals.

Current class time is at 1pm Thursdays. More class times coming soon.
