He brings a performance focused approach to training, combining endurance, strength, and conditioning principles.
Rob has a particular interest in hybrid training, designing tailored programs that integrate calisthenics and resistance-based exercises to help clients build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall fitness.
He is passionate about delivering personalized coaching that supports individuals in achieving sustainable, long-term results.
Rob also has a strong background in cycling, enjoy playing tennis, golf and pretty much anything outdoors.
