About Amelia De Palma (Formerly Amelia Romeo)
Driven by passion
Amelia De Palma (formerly Amelia Romeo) is a friendly, confident, and engaging Occupational Therapist passionate about empowering children, adolescents, and young adults with disability to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
With over eight years of experience in community-based roles, she has worked extensively with children and young adults, collaborating closely with families, educators, support workers, and other health professionals to deliver holistic and meaningful outcomes.
As a dedicated generalist Occupational Therapist, Amelia brings a broad and adaptable skillset. She has experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with a range of neurological and physical disabilities, helping them develop functional skills, promote independence, and access assistive technology solutions to enhance everyday life.
Amelia is guided by the values of family, respect, and integrity. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, cooking, playing netball, spending time outdoors, and connecting with friends and family.
