Driven by passion

Liana is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise & Sports Science Australia.

She completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021, before commencing her role with Resilient Health Group.

Liana is passionate about building strong, meaningful relationships with her clients and helping them achieve their full potential.

She takes the time to understand each individual’s needs, using a problem-solving approach to support them in reaching their health, wellbeing, and functional goals.

Whether it’s returning to work, establishing a sustainable exercise routine, improving self-management of chronic conditions, or simply moving with greater ease and confidence - Liana tailors her approach to suit each person.

She believes in a holistic, client-centered model of care and recognises that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and rehabilitation.

Outside of work, you will likely find Liana enjoying a coffee by the beach, a glass of wine with friends, or out on the football field.
