About Tegan Berry-Smith

Driven by passion

Tegan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a full registration with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).  She completed her Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2022 and Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Flinders University in 2024. 

Tegan is passionate about helping children build confidence in their bodies and develop a love for movement.  She enjoys supporting children to improve their fundamental movement skills, strength and coordination through fun, engaging and supportive sessions.  Tegan takes a strengths-based approach and enjoys working collaboratively with families and other allied health professionals to help each child reach their full potential. 

Alongside working with paediatrics, Tegan also enjoys working with adults through NDIS and delivering Strength for Life classes – helping people improve their strength, mobility and confidence in everyday movement. 

Outside of work, Tegan enjoys staying active doing Taekwondo, and getting creative with her Cricut craft projects.
